[ WHO ARE WE? ]
At The Tasting Rooms, we pride ourselves on providing you with the finest organic and sustainable wines, from small independent family vineyards.
There is so much more to a bottle of wine than a fancy label – behind each bottle is a story of passion. Every bottle of wine is a true reflection of the natural environment the vine grows in. It’s essential to nurture the true flavour that comes from the Earth, taking the greatest care to respect the environment in the process.
The Tasting Rooms offers you a personal journey through the organic wines of the world, whilst ensuring every bottle comes from a sustainable source.

Giol - PROSECCO FRIZZANTE SUR LIE (no Added Sulphur)
Our first 'No Sulphur Added' Prosecco from the innovative Giol estate, is distinctively full-flavoured and dry, having been produced 'sur lie'. This process of lees ageing (resting on the yeasts) adds notes of crusty bread and white peach to this fizz. Please note this live and natural wine can appear a little cloudy towards the bottom, as it contains some
Proemio - Malbec
This wine is Vegan in Process. Deep Purple in colour, woody aromas of pencil shavings and dried leaves, fruit aromas of plums and blackberries, and spice aromas of cracked pepper and vanilla. On the palate it's medium bodied with a ridiculously smooth and lush mouthfeel, and soft sweet tannin. Big and fruity, jammy, and earthy with a silky finish - pure
Mont'Albano - DOC Frulli Grave - Pinot Grigio
Carefully selected hand-harvested Pinot Grigio grapes from hillside vines. Aged in stainless steel tanks in order to ensure maximum fruit retention and palate freshness. A lovely bouquet of ripe pear and spring flowers marries perfectly with a keen-edged citrus fruit vibrancy. Far classier than the average 'PG' on the market offering excellent depth of flavour
Albert I Noya - DO Curios Xarel.lo
Xarel.lo is indigenous to Spain and we are real fans of it. Here it's unoaked with a fine seam of crisp acidity and come the sunshine, this is one of the most enlivening dry white wines we know. Very good indeed. Made from 50+ year old vines.
