Made from organic grapes sourced mainly from vineyards in Tupungato (Uco Valley) at an altitude of 1200 meters (4000 feet) above sea level, one of the highest points in Mendoza.
The wine is a blend made of 50% Torrontés and 50% Chardonnay, the wine has been fermented in stainless tanks, then aged for 4 months in the bottle.
It is a wine of a bright yellow-green color. In the nose it shows tropical aromas and intense fruits like pineapple, mango and peach, with delicate floral notes. In the mouth it has a persistent and intense beginning on the palate, with notes of fresh fruit and a lingering finish.
It is ideal with seafood, fish, and Asian and spicy food.
